Please assure all fields are filled in correctly. Please also note that all level 80 characters must fill out the full form, where as all low level characters must fill out the basic information to activate an account, and to apply for the guild. This form also creates a user account for the website.

Treat this like a resume. A few helpful hints.
- If you use 'lol' in your application, you will loose bonus marks with the officers.
- Ensure all spelling is correct, and the application is readable.
- At least 25 words per field (where acceptable) should be used.
